Thursday, March 19...

i woke up this morning feeling FANTASTIC. clean food, movement...
talk about a magic bullet!

before going to the gym today I had my usual coffee with agave and soy creamer.

thursday morning gym trip:
40 minutes of cardio 20 on the incline trainer, 20 on the kickyurass precor

stats: 3.44 miles
423 calories left behind
719 vertical feet climbed
following my cardio i ended my session with one 30 count set of curls
(have you noticed michelle obama's arms? i want them. strong women rule.)

breakfast: big glass of OJ
yogurt parfait - 1/2 cup granola (mine) with 1 heaping tablespoon of flax seed mixed in
1 serving tj's organic vanilla yogurt
1 cup sliced strawberries
lunch: 1 cup couscous mixed with about a cup of chopped spinach
and the rest of that can of aduki beans that i've been eating all week
splashed with a little olive oil
a big glass of water
snack: a little bit of chopped dark chocolate mixed with approximately
2 tablespoons of pecans and craisins
green tea mix - yum yum
dinner: egg white salad (hard boiled egg whites mixed with a few tablespoons of fat free
greek yogurt, a little mustard, dill, salt and pepper)
on 2 slices whole grain bread
a cup of soy milk
snack: 3 graham crackers and a glass of soy milk
