Thought for the day:

Breakfast - a mug of coffee with a little organic sugar and
a splash of soy creamer
1 packet of cream of wheat with 1/4 cup organic oat bran,
1/3 cup sliced strawberries, a few tablespoons of pecans, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
and a splash of soy milk mixed in
OJ - 1 cup
Mid-morning - a mug of mixed blend tea - yogi super-antioxidant
along with a bag of Trader Joe's Organic Mint Melange
Lunch - 1 cup of couscous topped with a good half cup of spinach
and about a third cup of aduki beans
drizzled with a little olive oil
a tall glass of water
and a few minutes later...
another mug of mixed tea and a few little chunks of rich, dark chocolate
Dinner - a big fat glass of dark red wine
a chicken/dressing type caserole with carrots
sweet potatoes sauteed with garlic and shallots
a slice of crusty italian bread
the only other thing i would have changed about this day is that i would have excercised, if i could. i had an early staff meeting this morning and didn't get home until nearly 6. by that point all i could do was just sit on my front porch and enjoy the last few minutes of this gorgeous day.
